Returns Policy for Eco Sustainable Solutions Ltd
At Eco Sustainable Solutions Ltd, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality landscaping supplies that meet the needs of every project. We understand that on occasion, you may need to return a product. Due to the size and weight of our large bulk bags, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure the process is as smooth and efficient as possible for our customers.
Return Requests
If you are considering returning any product, please contact us at your earliest convenience to discuss the matter. You must do so within 14 days of receipt, providing:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Any relevant photos or documentation
Our team will review your request and work with you to find the best solution. Due to the nature of our products, not all items may be eligible for return. Eligibility will depend on the condition of the product upon return and the reasons for the return.
Conditions for Returns
- Product Condition: Returned products must be in the same condition as when delivered. We cannot accept returns of used products.
- Return Shipping: Given the logistical challenges of returning large bulk bags, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items).
Processing Returns
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
